The hotel was clean and basic services were adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are not so comfortable. Breakfast is expensive (~$20) and doesn't feel worth it. If anything include it in your fees up front. The hotel is located across from various nightlife hotspots which can be good or bad. There will certainly be noise past midnight. There is not much afforded to you as a Marriott Platinum Elite member besides a cup of coffee in the mornings. Parking is extremely limited; there are five spaces available to be reserved.

This is about an August 2016 trip. It was a great stay at this hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms. They had some maintenance and remodeling in the hallways but the room was great and we never heard any noise. Great spot to eat late night, across the street, after partying. Nice views from balconies at front of building.
