I do not know why people say such things about this company. We had made everything via internet before our flight. We took our car from Paseo Maritimo point. Staff was very polite and helfpul. The car was cheap and it was brand new. We had no problems with anything, and everything was extremly fast, so we did not waste our time.

I was a bit scared when I saw some reviews before renting a car, but I can just say I'm really impressed on how this rental car company worked so well when me and my girlfriend went to Mallorca on August 2016. The shuttle service was great, I saw shuttle buses departing from the airport every five minutes, at the desk we had to wait for not more than 2 minutes and then they gave us the key of a Fiat 500X (to be honest I didn't expect such a good car from a low cost rental car). Good job OK rent a car! Very pleased with everything!

Stay away with these people, they have too many hidden charges and conditions are not clear. Staff were very rude mainly manager Silvia from Barcelona Airport. They are cheap but will charge you a lot for small scratch too.

Simple cheap and straightforward. I can't see why people are complaining about this company. When we got there it was no more complicated than any major car rental company. They upgraded us to a bigger car as they didn't have any Fiat 500 left. If you're looking to go to rental desk at the airport pick up the car and swallow whatever hertz or Avis offer you as a service then my suggestion is you do that, just accept you will pay for the privilege. Our car cost less than £80 through holiday autos for a week and that included paying a premium so we could bring the car back full which I prefer over paying them for a tank of fuel. All these negative reviews are going to make people panic on their first day of the holiday and there really is no need, this is just a normal car rental company a few minutes away from the airport, there is nothing to concern yourself about. Pick up the car and have a nice holiday!!!
