Very bad service. Force the customer to buy the expensive insurance, even though the customer has already brought insurance in Germany. After a long time talking, I rejected to buy the expensive insurance (24 Euro/day). The colleague evils me to have accidents in Mallorca.
I also did not get the car, which I have booked, the car is there, the badly colleague did not want to give me this car. He gave me a worse older one.
Never by this company again!!!

OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT! which is not clearly indicated in the website, especially when you book via brokers.
Staff is gross, unfriendly and will try by all means to charge you whatever extra fee. For example: 30 EUR if you pickup the car after 20:00, 30 EUR again if you drop off before 08:00!!
AVOID BY ALL MEANS, it will end up MORE EXPENSIVE than standard car rental companies, let alone the huge stress.

STAY AWAY !!! We booked a car trough Expedia. The car cost for 10 days was £250. When we arrived at the airport, a shuttle took us to the office where everything started. They gave us 2 options: to pay full insurance of €220 or to hold the deposit of €1300!!! Who pays almost €500 for a 10 days rental car? It is not luxury car it was Ford Fiesta. I tried to let the deposit but unfortunately there was not enough balance in my credit card. And they accept only credit card, Not debit! And only on your name, because we tried to pay with my wife's card. No. They want you to pay for insurance. Very rude staff. We have a little baby and we were forced to stay in the office for 2 hours!!! Very stresfull. I was shocked! Anyway. At the and I canceled the booking, we went back to the airport and we hired car in 5 min.

Everything went fine and smooth. Very friendly staff. Muy amable.
Arriving from BCN late at 23.30 it was a great pleasure to see that the ClickRent agent was waiting for us at the agrred meeting point. An approx 5 minute shuttle ride and we were in the office, close to the runway and a lot of other car rental companies.
No waiting in line, and very helpful and friendly staff. They offerd extra services such as insurance, but did not push in any way, and the total time in the office was about 10 minutes. We did not pay any extras. When we recived the car we noticed a couple of old scratches that were not stated on the "current damages specification", we added them to the list, just in case, and the ClickRent agent signed. No problems.
Drop pff of the car took about 5 minutes. The Click Rent representative inspected the car, the fuel (full to full in our case) and signed with "no new damages" and "full tank".
Then a shuttle took us to the airports departures.
All in all a great experience.
