Le doy una estrella para poder escribir pero son unos cara duras.... 54 € me cobrabanpor alquiler de un turismo 2 semanas, muy bien pero me dar por llamar para asegurarme y me pedían de más :
40 por recoger el coche después de las 23.00.
20 más por el seguro.
1100 euros de depósito.
Y 80 euros más por la entrega en distinta ciudad,eso me parece bien.
Pero que se expliquen de primeras....

ah para colmo sólo me devuelven la mitad de el importe 54€ por no avisar 48 horas antes

LA PAGINA DE INTERNET NO TE DA INFORMACION SOBRE EL TOTAL DE TU RESERVA Y CUANDO LLAMAS Y TE INFORMAS Y DECIDES CANCELAR TODO SON PEGAS Y ENCIMA TE COBRAN EL 50% DE LA RESERVA ABIENDO CANCELADO A LOS 15 MIN LLEVANDO MAS DE 87 MIN ESPERANDO QUE LEVANTEN EL TELEFONO PARA ATENDER TU RECLAMACION NO AGAIS NADA CON ESTA COMPAÑIA

No hagan nada con esta empresa. Te dan ofertas buenisimas y las condiciones las redactan como quieren. Solo tenia contratado 2 dias y el rent a car limitaba los kilometros a 300 por dia. Al final la oferta de 47 euros mas los 34 de reserva se convirtieron en 300 euros. Si quieren sentirse estafados no duden en contratar sus servicios

We rented a car with them in July 2017 in Barcelona. The actual rent was with Europe car. We decided to choose this company Amigo Autos as it was saying on the website that you can choose if you would like to use a Debit card.
First of all the conditions are very confusing as it is 3rd party. That is why just before I booked I called to make it all clear. Even tough we had a lot of troubles!
*As per the conditions we could cancel 48h in advance however they charged my card well in advance.
*When I spoke to their Customer service they explained (as stated on the web page) that if you take the insurance there will be No security deposit required.
Upon arrival to collect the car they asked us for a Credit Card. We explain that we were assured from Amigo autos that we will not need a Credit card. Besides they needed to take a deposit for the car that we explained that as well as per Customer Service of Amigo Autos we were not supposed to leave a deposit if we had the insurance.
When I called Customer Service to ask for assistance or any suggestion for a solution from their side they told me I can cancel! Yeah, right ...cancel and leave with no car and our money gone, no refund!!! Great help from Customer service.
At the end we got it all solved as we had a friend there with a credit card. But what if we were in a country where we do not know anybody?! Total Scam on their terms and conditions and their Customer Service. I will never book through them again and will make sure more people are aware of them!!!!

En segundo lugar, aceptan para el pago tarjetas de débito sin dejar claras las condiciones que la empresa que finalmente arrienda el coche exige, lo cual es, como mínimo abusivo.
Pues la agencia está cobrando un pago por adelantado de un vehículo cuya entrega no se garantiza y, como digo, sin dejar claras las condiciones que exige la empresa que finalmente entrega el vehículo.
De esta manera, se produce un pago a la agencia, utilizando ésta métodos que no quedan claros para el consumidor, el cual no recibe finalmente el producto prometido ni la posibilidad de recuperar su dinero.
