The decor is beautiful but the receptionist was very ignorant and not polite in the slightest. She was not helpful and she never smiled once.... 0 stars for customer service and 5 stars for cleanliness and decor.

Just returned from a stay at Hotel Cetina and wanted to say what a surprise it was!
The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Our room was spotless throughout as the housekeeping is faultless.
The two young ladies looking after breakfast were excellent, ensuring that nothing ran out and if it did, was replenished immediately.
I never bother to write reviews as I expect to get what I book but on this occasion it was way above expectation, hence I had to say something.
Thank you for a great stay, I'm looking for an excuse to return!

Great location (in the city centre just few steps from the cathedral), friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and clean rooms (top floor rooms have terrace). All of it for very affordable price!
Unfortunately the toilet in our room was smelly - it looks like the extractor fan was not powerful enough to get rid all of the wet air causing that smell, that was only down point of that hotel - please improve it as it was only negative thing.
I would five 5stars but because of that smell its weak 4.
