If I could give less than one star I would. This hotel did not just ruin my stay, they didn't let me stay. I had a flight issue and could not make it the day I had booked and PAID for. When I arrived they told me they had given my room to someone else and because I didn't call they did not keep my
Reservation. Mind you I paid for 5 days!!!!! This hotel is a scam! My friend who owns hotels spoke to them and knew they were scamming me and asked to speak to the GM and he refused to meet us. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Extreme disappointment. In addition, when my credit card company called to get info it called the wrong senator which gave info which the Marbella senator refused to give me and my friend. Stupid people stupid hotel.

What a disappointment, on arrival reception lady didn't acknowledge us, no warm welcome, finally she checked us in and we was told we had to pay 9.50 Euros a day for spa access, wasn't told this in booking, we chose this hotel as was a spa hotel and thought it would be a nice way to relax after day trips. However roof top pool staff and pool area lovely.
Air con was hit and miss as to when it worked and had to call reception numerous times, we chose a superior room with sea view for 3 people, however the room was tiny and only suitable for 3, obviously added another bed to make a 3 bed room, but was clearly not.

Advertised late check out around the hotel, when asked at reception advised not available, asked about courtesy room to freshen up, we was told we don't have one, but you can use the toilet, absolute crazy for a 4 star hotel.
Wouldn't recommend and def wouldn't stay again

Amazing location. Short walk from Marbella and port vanus. Minutes from beach good breakfast and big rooms.

Lovely hotel, very high standard of decor, staff friendly and helpful, food great and room very comfy with the biggest bed ever! Great views to the mountains from the rooftop pool. Great location as quiet with a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of bars restaurants within easy reach.
