No customer service.
Needs reorganising.
Been using the Casino for over twenty years and definitely gone right down in my opinion.

A full No Limt Holdem 2 5 game starts at 9pm,another later maybe.rake 4% capped at 25. 10 handed tables. Tournaments also.

Absolutely horrible I waited 4 hours to get a card the clerk kept telling me she has problems with the machine but could not call anyone. Everyone who walked in she immediately greeted but when ever I would go to the counter she act like she didn't see me standing there. Absolutely rude and 0 for customer service

I would tell you why this place is the worst, but you have to talk to someone else in another room, this is not my job. Come back in 1 hour, or 2. If there is still no review try tomorrow or maybe some other time. I checked for answers online, but it got changed when I got to the casino. Maybe it will be a review next time. Please check back later with someone else.
