BEWARE!!! Many hidden costs and taxes that you will only find out about at the office when you pick up the car! Also they didn't fully refund the gas deposit although I returned the car with a full tank of gas!!!

I read the review of this company after I already booked my car through them. I was afraid of the type of service I will receive one I pick and drop off my car. I received an excellent service though out my lease and with out any troubles. The refund to my credit card took only one day!

Too bad I cannot put 0. That's all they deserve.
DON'T RENT A CAR FROM THEM!! Honestly it is probably the least flexible company that exists. I booked a car on the website for one of my friend with my credit card. Once we arrived we couldn't pay the rest with my credit card, it had to be on the driver card that has to be either Visa or Mastercard. We were stuck with this. We couldn't cancel the order without being 100% sure to re-order a new car because their system is not in real time.
Anyway, this company is the worst. Please go to another one.

Ok, I'm maybe stupid, but Goldcar will never get me as a customer again. Sadly I ended up paying 980 euro for a WV TOURAN for 10 days.
I didn't quite understood the deal and ended up with this. Goldcar. You'll never se me again.

This is THE WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY IN THE WORLD! Goldcar tries to make money out of you at every single opportunity they get (or create). DO NOT HIRE HERE. I got a price on their website and ended up paying double the amount. For instance: don't fall for their double relax cover. I never asked for it, but still paid for it. Flex fuel? Just another opportunity to make money... I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE HERE!
