We rented car for 3 days for travelling in spain. Car was really nice, comfortable and clean. We had some issue with Navigation. They listened to our problem and we got back our navigation equipment money.
Really nice staff at this site and they provide shuttle service to airport as well.

Rented from here for 8 days of travel around the Spanish coast. Booked the rental through Costco travel which provides a member discount of 20%. We were really happy with the service, prompt pickup from the airport and no problems when dropping off the car. Deposit returned by the following day with no additional charges. Good service with friendly staff.

After hearing all the horror stories about hiring cars we were very pleasantly surprised at the service we had. Had a bit of trouble finding the shuttle service at the airport, but when we did it was a very quick transfer. The man who dealt with us was friendly, helpful, and didn't push us to take extra insurance. When we returned the car they examined it straightaway, told us it was all okay, and said our deposit would be returned very soon, which it was.

I was over charged and not explained to why. There was a "miscellaneous" charge of almost €70 that had no description why. I don't understand how they can justify charging my card for a miscellaneous reason. They could have charged my card for whatever reason and said it was "miscellaneous." Further more we returned the car a day early and didn't get any money back from that. Overall I'm very unsatisfied with our service.

Wound up forfeiting half of our 250 euro deposit, for "miscellaneous charges." I speak reasonable Spanish and all the chap at the desk would say was that we had damaged the car (which we had gone to pains not to do for obvious reasons). Also the "comprehensive" insurance failed to cover our flat tire despite assurances to the contrary (which was fixed WITHOUT damaging the car!). Not sure if this represents illegal behavior or not, but it is definitely terrible business practice. Very much do not recommend. Hertz all the way.
