Every sauna's review has to break down whether or not it has people.
Facilities- Ok but not wow, small jacuzzi (1.5mx 1.5m), small sauna (up to 6 people, big bar, big cruising area.
I went today on Saturday night at 18 when Google said it was the most crowded but actually there were maximum 7 people. 5 were chubby and 45+ and 2 were younger. Those two came just to see how it was and they escaped recommending another sauna.
The staff is super polite and sauna looks very clean

The Sauna was as we saw on the website. It was a beautiful place to come back to relax in after day out sightseeing. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Joseph, and he was always ready with information when asked. The facilities was kept meticuously clean, and we did enjoy of our visits. Thank You.

Arrived 2230 Friday night. The place closed thirty minutes after they took my money. They refused to give me a refund and began shouting, arguing. Anywhere else might have smiled and offered vouchers for free entry at another time over the weekend.
Very unpleasant staff. Not very clean. Small. There are much better saunas than this in Madrid.

Very clean and well maintained. A little hard to find as the entrance is on the side of the building, but it is well marked. When I was there on a Sunday afternoon, had a great time. Would definitely go back.
