Very attentive staff and a peaceful, relaxing experience at this hammam-themed spa - but if you're expecting a good hammam scrub and battering then you may be disappointed. Cleanliness was very good. The temperature of the steam room and hot bath was disappointingly a bit on the low side. That said, I would probably return.

Really enjoyed the experience here. Staff were really lovely and friendly. I had made an error in my booking and they rectified it for me rather than let me face a cancellation charge.
The experience was fairly good. There were a number of different baths of varying temperatures as well as a steam room and a relaxation room story lovely tea.
You get given a towel but no slippers or robes.
You book a time slot so you enter with a group and leave at the same time.
One word of warning - you need a euro coin for the lockers. I didn't have one so I had to ask for a coin at reception which they gladly provided but it was a stressful experience as they didn't speak much English and I didn't speak much Spanish!
Also the cold bath was a little too cold for me. I was only able to stay in it for 5 seconds!
I would give it three stars because there were people talking and not much was being done by staff to stop this and having been to the Seville spa, I would say this wasn't as good.

I reserved for Tuesday at 10pm and my Paypal payment confirmed but I never received a confirmation email or any contact from the spa so I phoned to check my booking. And lucky I did because my reservation was not confirmed even though my money was taken. When I called I was informed that they were fully booked with no apology and that we would have to book another date. I am frustrated that I have to disappoint my girlfriend and rearrange my schedule again for another date. Was very excited to visit the spa but feeling very upset with the booking process so far. Not a great customer service.

AAAAAAHHH!!! What a place after long day spent on your feet!!! I enjoyed my 90mins in this spa. I liked the pools, the intimate atmosphere was just perfect. As a pregnant havent used a massage, just enjoyed the basic entrance for €33. Relaxation area was nice too, there was a sweet tea for free. I went alone but I believe with a partner it would be soooo romantic :-) Go there and enjoy your 90 mins too :-)

Few days ago, I'm very excited to tried it out with my BF but it's kinda just ok, i like the pools of varied temperatures from hot(but for us it feels like the warm one)Then warm And cold(very cold). The tea was great, the massage was nice but i expect more pressure from the massage since it's very expensive for 1:30 hours of stay there. My masseuse is friendly And nice but the one in the entrance should be more smiling with the guest And not too proud! Bags, should be provided to the clients especially to those who'll try it for the first time for the wet clothes, i think that would be nice. If u have lot's of money to spare, then try it.
