Really good and spacious rooms, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff (they speak good English), satisfying buffet. Only downside is a lack of room service, a nearby pizza place does delivery. Located a stone's throw from El Carmen metro station, a supermarket and the famous bullfighting arena (Ventas).

Very posh hotel. But the handicap room we booked had no handicap facilities. It was bigger than a normal double room though

Good location with a metro stop right outside. Rooms are nice with lots of space and good air conditioning. Wifi is crap but that's not exactly a dealbreaker.

Nice hotel, looks like a business hotel. It has a good breakfast, good location, close to public transport, but if you wish to walk it will take you around 30 minutes of easy walk to puerta del sol. Wide and clean room.
