The location near Atocha station and the Reina Sofia museum is perfect. Lots of great cafes and sights nearby. The hotel itself was well-maintained and staff were courteous, our only complaint was that the walls were thin and our neighbors noisy.

I've had to book this hotel for a group booking of about 20 people and I am extremely happy of the service. The manager, Rodolfo, has super flexible and helpful in meeting all our needs! Very good price considering the very central location!

You can't beat the location. Metro is just out the doorstep, Atocha Renfe is across the road, Reina Sofia is right next door, Retiro and Prado just a short walk away. Can be loud because of how central and busy the area is, but it didn't bother me. The hotel is old and I'm guessing historic, but I could see it has done some renovations like new balcony doors that block street noises to a tolerable volumr and nice new bathrooms. It was a pleasant stay without any complaints.

Too good for a two-star hotel. This place is central, ideal for El Retiro, and surrounded by affordable bars and cafes. Very, very comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.
