Perfect location, 5 minute walk to plaza del sol. Rooms a little bit old but they are starting to refurbish some. Great hotel.

We stayed for a couple nights in the summer while on vacation. The hotel lobby is nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little small, but that can be expected in most European hotels. We had two twin beds pushed together to form a "queen" bed, but there were two sets of sheets, so it was really just two beds next to each other. The surrounding area is great, just a short walk to the Puerta del Sol and a few great restaurants right across the plaza.

Really good hotel Location is really good aswell. Staff is friendly and pretty helpful if you have any questions. All you can eat breakfast is available at this hotel. Parking available right at the location this was very convenient for me after pretty long drive.

Excellent staff. Superb bartender ..absolutely lovely young woman from Bulgaria.
Reception fast efficient and friendly.
Room dated but comfortable and again excellent room service.
High quality breakfast with wide choice of options 15 euros.
