Excellent hotel with the perfect location. Very helpful and courteous staff. Metro stations very close and many restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

A hotel in the central, or Centro, part of Madrid. Nice clean rooms, helpful English speaking staff, relatively responsive to customer needs, all at a competitive rate. Nothing out of this world, but easily satisfied my girlfriend's relatively high standards

Great place for brunch! Delicious and fits all audiences. Totally recommend to visit its terrace. Great views!

Right in the footsteps of Gran Via. Hotel with rooms with good views, good sizes, really comfortable beds, with safes, a small fridge and nice, big, really clean bathrooms. The breakfast is quite good and the people who work there are very helpful. It also has baggage drop-off. They even leave complementary water and gummy bears on the room :).
I even forgot my glasses and they kept them for me for over one month until I was able to go back to Madrid.
