BOOK ONLY IF DESPARATE!! Went 08-2017 for 3 nights with my wife & what a farce. Air Conditioning-BROKE, Hair Dryer-BROKE, TV-BROKE, 4 out of 5 Electrical Sockets-BROKE, Ice Machines on 3 differents floors-BROKE, Check-in Assistant-RUDEST MAN I HAVE EVER MET (cannot use his PC for my internet request but has Youtube running in the background!!), Check-Out Assistant-2ND RUDEST MAN I HAVE EVER MET (snatches paperwork out of my hand as he had given me the wrong piece of paper), Cracked walls, missing paint and broken tiles in the bathroom.

The hotel is near to all the famous places like "El corte inglés", "Zara", "Gran Vía". The accomodation is incredible

Booked and paid for a stay for 2 nights and wasn't able to stay at the hotel. Staff was unforgiving and rude about the situation. Due to a mix up with the trains we were unable to make it to Madrid the first night of the reservation. Even though we had paid for two nights we were not able to stay the second night at the hotel when we arrived. The front desks staff's rudeness turned us away, enabling us to find a nicer, less expensive hotel down the street.

Located few minutes walk from train station, staff were pleasant. Room was mostly clean, just an unknown stain on a bed cushion I decided not to use. Bathroom was clean, shower pressure really good. And most importantly constant free wifi, strong enough to stream Netflix.

Perfect place to stay in... Nice people... Clean and cosy... There is a little cafe attached to it... Highly recommend it...
