Good room which was larger than expected. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Staff friendly and helpful, both front desk and room cleaning staff. Great location. Next to a metro station.

I stayed only for one night but it was very nice.
This is a small hotel very centrally located which was the main reason for choosing this hotel.
We could walk from the hotel the main shopping street and ended at this important square where there was a lot going on. All by all a nice experience. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean. The only thing I missed in my room was tea and coffee facility.
I stayed only for one night but it was very nice.

An excellent short break. The Accor Hotels should be very proud of Ibis Centro Madrid, the staff are top class, very helpful and informative. We were helped numerous times on our visit with advice on where to eat how to get to places we wished to see. Should we wish to return to Madrid at some time in the future I would not wish to stay anywhere else. Congratulations! you made us very welcome and we had a fabulous time and I wish we could have stayed longer.

You can hardly beat this for the price. Large room by European standards, modestly priced, with good breakfast and easy access to transit. Bed was comfortable, everything worked. The only issues were: 1) there was a lot of street noise at night audible through the windows, so I had to use earplugs, 2) the toilet would not completely flush. I had to hold it down for a long time, and even then it didn't eliminate everything. Breakfast was fine, and also reasonably priced. Staff was generally nice--Elena was my favorite! Give her a raise.

It is my third stay in IBIS Centro , having previously lived in Madrid I just love its great location , which is at walking distance of everything and at the same time is not in an overcrowded street.
I spent 7 nights during my last day , and it was great as usual , the rooms were always clean , the staff young, energetic, helpful and always smilling.
Some friends from Paris joined me as well and booked an adjacent room and we all had an awesome time.
