We booked a double room for 3 people, with 3 of us present at the desk. They said everything was good, and when we entered our room, it had a single twin bed. No effort was made to correct this problem, and the employee, Ramiro, said we would not be getting a refund. Unacceptable customer experience.

The service is perfect and the hotel staff is veru friendly.Furthermore the hotel is near to a metro station but even if you want to walk around the city center isn't far away from it.Finally the room was big and the bed was great.The only horibble thng was the wifi signal.
