bought a jacket, cardigan, dress and bikini from this store. it wasn't until the next day that I realized the cashier had charged me twice for the jacket (the most expensive item). They checked the videos and confirmed my story but refused to refund me over the phone insisting that i go to the store to get my money back - a huge inconvenience as I was travelling that day. terrible customer service, possibly malicious. buyer beware.
