The hotel has beautiful amenities but you can tell the administration is bad. Little things that you expect from a 4 star hotel and they don't reach the expectations. A few examples of this: when we arrived past midnight as we were doing the check in (which took more than normal) they asked us to pay right away! This has never happened to me before other than in hostels. This right away gives a weird feel as if they don't trust you, that you are gonna flee without paying. Second, we were told that the mini bars were not filled because of cases that ppl don't pay what they consume. Like in what 4 hotel star you don't have a mini bar? We had to ask for bottles of water during the check in in order to bring them to the room, and they were SUPER EXPENSIVE almost 2€ for a small water. When we went up the room after the long check in, carrying our waters, we got to a room with an extremely strong smoke and perfume mix smell. It is incredible that someone gets a room with such a smell ready for other customers to stay, when there are more free rooms to be used. We had to wait for the only employee in the hotel ( the girl from the reception) to run around and get the other room ready. The girl was super nice, I feel she did everything she had to but from the outside you can tell the hotel is horribly managed.
TIP: ask how to use the shower because is complex to use... instead of wasting time asking for a payment in the check in they should spend time explaining you this. Be aware, the shower is super small... it has a bath but the shower is separate and súper small.
BREAKFAST: the breakfast was lower quality than other 4 star hotels, and above average in price. I wouldn't recommend it to take it. No sort of breads offered, no real juice, and very few options to choose.
