The hotel was clean and has some great staff. Nice pool area but small. Bedrooms probably not up to 4 star

I do not like some of the people and there are not good views also the rooms like it has been done along time a go but I do like the food and the activities like swimming tennis spa gym and all the other stough thanks bye.

Hotel & room were ok, I ll give only 3 stars because wi fi did not work for the 7 days period and for my line of work was necessary and I don t think they will ever fix it. Also if it works you are limited to 2mbps... It's like 1990. They charge extra for the TV remote & fridge 2.5 EUR + 2.50 per day. For the pool towels they need a 10 EUR deposit, and your not allowed at night.

Nice hotel, food is varied. But the room i am in has a sloped ceiling. So i have caught my head a few times. The extra charges are a pain.... €10 for a TV remote plus €2.50 a day for the fridge which is already in the room is slightly annoying. Other than that nice. Supermarket round the corner plus some nice restaurants very close by makes It ideally located. Bit of a trek to the beach and town centre. But a taxi is only €3.50 or there abouts.

Central in La Paz a suburb of Puerto de la Cruz. Short walk from the town and sea front BUT up hill and a 230 step climb. The hotel is clean, smart & with helpful staff. Good selection of quality buffet food. The down side is even food fresh from the kitchen is only at best warm. Cold chips and fried eggs for example are not to my liking. If you stay here I would recommend B&B only. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants and cafes are close by.
