Beautiful view but extremely bad service! The waiters just completely ignore the customers so expect a long wait!

Wonderful views across to the Alhambra and city of Granada. An excellent place to watch the sun go down providing ever-changing views. Service and food average and pricey but you don't really go there for fine dining.

The seem to be a lot of bad reviews of this place, but we cannot agree with that. The view is stunning and the place is very comfortable. The food was very good. No complaints there. The service could have been better, but we were in no rush. Actually, we were glad that there was no pressure to leave or buy more of anything. They are slow, but we didn't mind. I would recommend it. It is not very cheap, but what do people expect? You are paying for a lovely place to sit and watch the sun set over Alhambra. We thought is was reasonable. It is not fine dining, but good. The main thing is the view. A very memorable experience!

Great view. You can see both Alhambra and downtown in comfortable terrace.
However, I reccomend you to visit here for just drink (eat at other restaurant) because meal is too expensive and not really good.

RECOMMENDATION - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
One disappointed customer was overheard saying, "I feel like we are being punished for trying to eat here." There are much better places with similar views, so don't fall for that trap.
Poorly trained staff with even poorer attitudes, and inconceivably, the food is even worse.
Not even the view makes 8 frozen croquettes, which took an hour to get as the ice melted in our empty drinks, worth 22 euro. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. I feel like there should be a PSA warning travelers to just steer clear.
