We stayed two nights in this hotel. This hotel is close to everything that you need to see on Granada. It is located in a historic street. It's is a walking distance from the Alhambra, the restaurants and town square.
The staff are good. The communication with the hotel was excellent; when ever I had a question and send them an email, they would respond back within a few minutes.
The rooms are on the smaller size (good for 1-2 nights) our balcony overlooked the Main Street.
They had a nice courtyard on the same level of our room. It was nice to sit there and relax after all the walking we did.
They have free coffee and tea throughout the day. Breakfast comes with a fee. There is also 2 computers with internet for guests to use.

Great place. Rooms were pleasant, AC was great, bathrooms felt new. The front desk is extremely friendly, laptops with internet access are available, and a nice patio on the second floor. Also, great location. Highly recommended

I don't know where all these other good reviews stayed but apart from the convenient location we would suggest staying somewhere else. The curtains were stained, the AC filter doesn't look like it has been cleaned since the hotel opened, the shower was dirty and shower door was broken, the two chairs in the room were in serious need of reupholstering, the bed was highly uncomfortable, and also stained. The only redeeming quality is location and views from 4th floor but you feel like you're sleeping in a sea of filth and the shower hardly helps you feel any cleaner. Some other quirks about the fourth floor: there is no elevator, if you're on the top floor you have to go up two flights of stairs as the elevator does not go all the way, and the receptionist will not offer anyone to bring up your bags. We are younger so don't mind but maybe an issue for some. Also on the fourth floor, if you flush the toilet the cold water in shower or sink loses pressure completely, we have experienced the hot water issue when you flush but never a loss of water pressure anywhere else we have stayed. The bathroom door had a knob on the outside but none on the inside to pull it shut - not sure why. We were staying only one night so we put up with it. If you have a longer stay planned, stay somewhere else.

Nice little hotel. Fantastic views of the city on the fourth floor. All facilities are adequate, beds are big and comfortable, free tea and coffee all day. Can't get better than the location either.
