Plus points great location and fair value room. C3 bus to the alhambera stops virtually at the back entrance of the hotel. Negatives driving to the hotel by car is a challenge and their underground car park is a shocker. Breakfast is poor value, avoid and go outside.

Located very centrally but not on the main road so was quiet most of the time. My room was very nice, modern for the most part, but the bathroom needs updating and the hardwood floors are not well laid. One piece was too short leaving a visible gap. In other areas you could feel the subfloor was not done well. My foot felt the floor sink a bit in areas. Also the hotel restaurant had a patio just under my window. Very loud until 1am each night for the two nights I stayed there. Service was ok. Adequate only.

Location and ability to park = 5 stars hands down great location, but ....... Hotel room 3 stars max. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows even worse, bathroom dated and not nice amenities, tiny tv, and WiFi very bad - constantly dropped out. Front desk staff were average.... had to ask for extra pillows twice even though the girl at reception was playing on her phone most of the day.

Sizable rooms, very central to the city of Granada. The front desk was very helpful in assisting and advising us on how to get to Alhambra. Well sized bathrooms as well. TV was a little small but gosh if you're traveling to Europe watching tv should be your last concern. Air conditioning worked well. Only quibble is that it won't run without a room key, so while you're out the ac won't be running. Overall, 4/5 or 5/5, met and exceeded all reasonable expectations

Very happy with our stay here. It is right in the heart of Granada and provides easy walkable access to many sites. We came in a small car and the streets and parking garage were *very* tight, but manageable. My only complaint would be the noise - the walls seem pretty thin and our window opened up to an alley that echoed voices anytime someone passed down there.
