There's not much to say! the place is amazing, staff the building, everything! one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Beats all the big name 5 star hotels hands down.
I spent nearly a week here and you just don't want to leave.

This was a beautiful hotel with amazing breakfasts! The reason that I've given it one star is because I'm concerned about the serving staff there. The service was amazing, but they were made to wear long sleeve black shirts and trousers all day, doing manual work, in the heat of summer at 37 degrees. Although they never complained, they were clearly very uncomfortable. I wrote to the hotel chain asking for this to be changed months ago, but I still haven't received a reply. I felt uncomfortable dining there knowing the people who were bringing me the food were sweating away, unnecessarily. I do hope this will be changed soon.

I have great staying,every thing was fabulous it's really 5 stars hotel.. room was fantastic service was royal.. breakfast was good ,,, everything was 5 stars except the spa ,it was poor and pad
