seat leon 을 대여를 한다고 했는데 차가 없어서 8천km 정도밖에 안달린 bmw 차량으로 바꿔줌.. 비행기 도착 하자 마자 짐찾는것 없이 잘 달리는 택시 기사 아저씨 만나서 시에스타 하기 전 그리고 사람도 없는 조용한 시간에 딱 떨어져 금방 차를 찾아 나올 수 있어서 기분도 좋았고 아저씨가 유쾌하게 말을 잘 하는게 벤츠라더니 bmw 가져오고 gps가 내장 되어있는 차인데 어차피 너네 신청도 했었고 차가 업그레이드 된거니까 그냥 하면 될거 같다 라고
말을 잘 못했다면 기분이 나빴을 수 있는 상황이 될 수 도 있었을텐데 기분좋게 이야기도 잘 해주고 그래서 기분 좋게 차도 그냥 잘 몰고 나오고 우리도 차를 잘 써서 대 만족.
그라나다, 론다, 세비야, 꼬르도바, 똘레도, 마드리드 이렇게 천 km 정도 달렸는데 주유비 70 유로 미만들었음.
그래도 약간의 인폼없이 바뀐 내용들이 있었기 때문에 별 하나 뺐음

Actualmente tienen trabajando a dos hombres estafadores (llamemosles Sr. I y Sr. M) que reparten la flota de vehículos a su gusto. Por ningun motivo en concreto se han negado a alquilarme el vehículo después de hecha la reserva y ademas de ello no me han devuelto el dinero que tengo retenido en la tarjeta de crédito... con suerte confirmé la cita días antes, ahora tengo que denunciarles a la a. de consumo por retenerme el dinero. Me dan un numero de telefono 902 para que llame y solucione el problema en vez de llamar ellos. En esta oficina no atienden bien mas claro el agua.

RENT YOUR CAR IN ANOTHER COMPANY.
The opening hours are ridiculous. It describes in the door: 9:00 to 13:00. I arrived 13:00 and it was already closed, nobody inside. It only opened again 16:30h. All other rental companies keep open in afternoon.

BEWARE - the rental process and everything was seamless and my overall rental experience was fine. Then I came home and got a letter in the mail that I had violated some zoning law in Granada and was fined. When I rented this car I immediately drove it back to my hotel (
