Brilliant experience. We went early on a weekday and there seemed to be only one other person in the whole place. Apparently the museum has won awards, which isn't surprising! You really get to experience the evolution of cinema, which makes it great for kids. It seems to stop abruptly around the 1950's however and we felt there was a lot to be said after that too, however that is pretty much my only criticism. Throughly recommended, one of the best things to do in Girona.

Beautiful museum! Particularly if you love the cinema, in there you can understand his history and understand how it is birth. Overall there are interesting activities and Small machines which you can see the light, colors, the movement... Really beautiful, for children too!!

Incredibly interactive with a unique and and fascinating narrative of the history of cinema. This museum was the highlight of my trip to Girona and amongst the best museums I've ever visited. Highly recommended!!

I really liked that. They have a really good exhibition about cinema history. You should download the audio guide app from their free wifi, because it can be really helpful to get more information.

Surprisingly awesome museum, really big, interesting, for young and old. I've spend more then two hours here.
