Comida para quitarse el sombrero. Recomiendo especialmente la mazamorra. Un trato muy bueno y profesional. En resumen, de los mejores sitios para comer en Córdoba y eso es mucho decir.

Piatti ben presentati, buoni e con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Posto lontano dalle mete turistiche e forse questo preserva la bontà della cucina.
Da provare assolutamente.

I was thrilled to discover such sophisticated, creative, flavorful and original food in Córdoba. El Envero is not to be missed for a modern interpretation of Spanish standards! Rabo de Toro with a potato pancake, duck cannelloni, delicious pork entrees, and incredible tapas. I will visit every time I am in Córdoba.
