I love what these guys are doing but it's kind of a weird setup. They have a "tour and tastings" for 9€ a person and you can just stop by to have the "tour" at any time they are open.
Unfortunately the tour isn't very interesting unless you're a beer geek/home brewer because it's basically just a two-room setup with barely enough room for six people to all stand around at the same time. Their beer is very good so the tasting is worth the 9€ but it can all just be a bit awkward since there is no real "drinking space" and you feel like you are in the way of the active brewery (which you kind of are since the "tastings" happen while you all stand right in the middle of the brewery floor).
I love craft beer so I definitely recommend you stop by and learn more/support Maier in their efforts but I think the tour and tastings could use a few tweaks to help make it a better overall experience for visitors.
