In the rooms, we initially found only 2 survival outlet to charge our phones. One diagonally across from the bathroom. One in the bathroom. Nothing on or near the desk. It's only when we're leaving that we discover the outlets behind the 2 nightstands. It was very difficult to get the bath shower mixer to work. It took many attempts to pull up the tab to switch from bath to shower. The breakfast buffet was sub-par. Lots of canned fruits. Not a huge variety. Even the dessert at dinner was a canned peach. Only one elevator (fits 8 persons) that I saw. The staff used that same elevator to bring down luggage for guests.

They refused to turn on the air conditioning
They told us and to the whole group to open windows because the temperature was dropping
