So when we arrived the lady at reception was very rude as when we asked about trips just pointed at the books and said a tour guide will be her but I don't know when (no one showed up for a whole week) and upon entering our room there was sand all over the floor the door for the balcony was broken and would not shut we told reception but nothing was done there was numerous things in the room that was either broken or didn't work such as the tv no remote and the food was what we expected but due to being vegetarian all we eat was chips, pasta, spinach based things and cheese that can only be described as plastic, the bar area was the only good part about this hotel staff were friendly and good variety of drinks for all inclusive, overall this hotel was the only thing that ruined the holiday.

50 m to the beach. Nice ,clean hotel.food good .friendly staff. 10 m to the train to Barcelona. Will come here again.

Was there from 12 to 26 September and had a lovely time. Rooms were lovely cleaned regularly. Staff were very friendly from reception, bar and cleaning staff they couldn't be nicer. Had a really enjoyable stay and will be back. Thank you all.

It's in a stunning part of the town and the food is good. All inclusive drink variety is quite limited. The staff are friendly and helpful. Originally my husband and I were given a room with 2 single beds but moved us with no hassle after we asked for a double bed. There's a nice pool but no one really uses it as it's freezing cold! It's advertised that superior rooms either have a view of the beach or the square. However the beach view is impeded by the train station and railway running in front of it which also wakes you up in the morning! The communal areas are beautiful but I think a little of that money should have gone into the rooms which are basic and in need of some new bed covers! It's cheap, it's basic, just make sure you have activities planned as there's not much in the way of entertainment.

Lovely place to stay. Food is amazing. Clean. Staff are very friendly. Everyone on reception speak English. A lot Russian families staying in hotel. Very polite. Beach are very clean. 5 euro for umbrella. Malgrat de Mar is small town with nice shops and restaurants . Trains each 30 min to Barcelona.
