We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

Good hotel, great territory. Beds, towels and breakfast are good. Service can be extremely slow. Swimming pool is ok. S bit of walking to the sea if you are there for holiday.

The worst 5 stars hotel I´ve ever being in my entire life!! They would charge you 10 euros for the room service (aka briging you an ice cube) without even advising.
On the web was mentioned that there are no children below 14 year old oh such a lie! The breakfast was okay. Like any 4 star hotels would have..
Horrible experience with the room service though. The most expensive ice EVER. This isn´t a 5 star hotel service.

Good hotel to stay at for Lloret de Mar standards. Five star but not quite per my standards. Would give out 4 stars max. Breakfast was primarily cold dishes like bread, cheeses and sweets. You do have the option of ordering various forms of egg (hard boiled, scrambled, etc). Parking is an additional 18 euros per day. For the price per night this should be included. Great pool area and above par food at the restaurant. Service was decent depending on person but a five star service shoyld be beyond par with everyone. Rooms a bit dated.Easy to reach town.
