Very clean hotel with polite staff and a reasonable selection of good quality food. For the price you certainly cannot complain and their are loads of shops and restaurants around the area if you want something a little different. Great for family holidays with young children as their are loads of activities run by the kids club for them and their are even all-inclusive/full board options to help reduce the cost of buying drinks for the little ones.
The rooms are quite basic however a lot have been renovated for new and stylish bathrooms. They do have flat screens with HDMI ports so you can pop your laptop on them at night (Might be worth taking Samsung S6 as you have to pay for a remote if you don't have an IR blaster on your phone as they disable the inbuilt TV controls)

Went for 11 nights after first few days asked if we could get a flight home don't know how this is a 4 star hotel must depend on the area looks good in brochures but where to start our rep Lilly felt sorry for her she was telling us she had 186 complaints in the first 5 days of our holiday not good our room looked ok on first walking in but when looking birth marks on walls a bit blood corner of floors filthy pubic hair on back of toilet for 7 days dead mosquito on bathroom floor for 8 days no towel rail so towels where left in basin coffee stain on balcony always asking for coffee,water and toilet rolls every day we suppose to have these as we paid extra. Food was appalling I was in bed ill it got to the point we were eating out all the time , the staff were ill mannered we were getting drinks in plastic cups all the time ,they closed the splash pool and the so called life guard stood at the snack bar eating alll time ,we were getting told off the nite receptionist to go to bed ar 12 30 please please avoid this hotel . The chef in the restaurant threw a bottle of oil when we asked for a omelette I asked for a pen at reception and that was thrown at us .

Very clean hotel, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Food is very good. Excellent swimming pools. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds, a balcony and air conditioning.

My husband and I had a 5 night stay at Europa Splash. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Very easy to get to the beach and shops. There was a good variety for breakfast and dinner
as we decide to do half board. But the food wasn't hot. Either warm or cold. Not good at all.
As for the room it was very clean and towels were changed every day. Wifi was free but was
very slow and even when we were in the vicinity we had to keep logging in. Very frustrating.
There's room for improvement on keeping the food hot and wifi to work faster. Would we go
back to Europa Splash? Not sure.

A very good hotel to go with kids. The rooms were big and modern, with a big terrace. The restaurant was a good buffet which my children and I really enjoyed. The staff fantastic, specially the animation team and the ones working at the pools. The hotel is in the middle of an area with tons of places to go and things to do and the beach was very near, a five minutes walk.
