Gosh it's money well spent getting a massage. I went for a 90 minute relaxing massage and the masseur was fantastic! I usually have trouble getting massage because I'm ticklish but William the masseur was really great. And his techniques were spot on. I look forward to my 3rd session. Thanks William! You the mannnn!!!

The baths and steam room portion of this facility are nice enough. Actually rather interesting, with a subterranean feel. Very quiet when we were there. Main complaint was the complete inconsistency of service provided to my boyfriend and I when we booked the exact same massages. We had massages in different rooms at the same time by two different people. One of us was exceptionally pleased. One of us was exceptionally displeased. Completed a quick survey in front of the manager on the way out, and even though he noted exceptionally poor rating given, never asked a single question about why one of us rated it as a 5/5 and the other as a 1/5.

Terrible management, hostile atmosphere, small, cramped place in the basement of a hotel. One client made awful loud noises while training with the manager of the place who seems to think that everyone else is destroying his equipment by "slamming weights"... Totally nuts. Never again!

Molt mala atenció al client. Han trigat una setmana per confirmar-me la reserva via mail i a més, quan truco per preguntar i canviar l'horari, la gerent, de molt males maneres i amb un to molt superb, em diu que com que tenen molts clients, que m'anul·la la reserva i que vagi a un altre centre. Amb aquesta amabilitat vés amb compte que no els perdis...
