The staff was very unhelpfull in even looking up prices on items. They just didn't care. I would not recommend this place for shopping.

Lots, lots of books. Children classics in English, too. Very nice place and worth viziting on a trip to Barcelona.

One of my favourite libraries to visit when I'm back home. Lovely staff, big selection of books and nice architecture. Their kid books section is big.

Larger than the first Central bookshop on Mallorca between Rambla de Catalunya and Balmes, this branch is particularly strong in children's lit and graphic novels. Note the two entrance: the other is on Ramalleres.
