Great rooms, perfect location (especially for cruises) but what makes this place special is the staff. We left a bag in a taxi on our way to depart for a cruise. There are thousands of taxis in Barcelona and the hotel went out of their way to track down the company and driver on my behalf in order to have our bag safely returned. I was very impressed with this level of customer service.

one of the best hotels i have been. The service and breakfast out if this world..rooms very neat and comfortable. Clean towels every day and linen every 2nd..its wow!!! the staff so helpfull and friendly. 24 hours available. Thanks to each and everyone for a lovely experience and stay.

Very nice, modern and clean place. The staffs were very friendly and offered a great service. A great place to spend some days in Barcelona. There are great opportunities around the place and the hotel has a spa and wellness placeret which looks pretty.
