Not cozy at all, water temp changes while showering,no heat in room if they aren't using it in the lobby nothing but cool air even when set on 60 degrees Celsius, couldn't get service in the restaurant till 8pm not one drawer in the room was there for ten days hard to live out of a suitcase that long

The staff at the reception very helpful, explained us the local transport. Had breakfast packed to take with us in the morning to the trips. Would recommend this place to stay for a holiday.

We stayed 3 nights bed and breakfast. All the staff we have been in contact with have been very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed. The rooms have everything you need without expensive extras. We are fussy about mattresses, but despite it being firmer than the foam we are used to, it was comfortable and we slept well. The buffet breakfast has a good selection of cheese, cold meat, cooked breakfast, fruit, pastries and bread. The cereal selection was limited. Milk alternatives were available soy and oat drink. The beach is in easy walking distance. One thing that has been great is that we are able to use the hotel facilities after checking out until our transport to the airport later this evening. Made us feel very welcome.

A nice hotel but not convenient location if you want to visit many attractions around the city. Staff was helpful the first day but can improve on their customer service. We got The room with sea view and it was ok but not much of view like I thought and the bathroom needs improvement. Shower was good but don't take hot shower because there's no fan so the alarm might go off. Also, the sink didn't drain well but overall the room was still ok. I will say the staff wasn't very helpful when we ask for taxi to be called. They were hesitant and told us to go outside and wait for one. It was pouring down rain and we had to wait in the rain until we can catch a taxi. Sorry but they could of been more helpful concerning this which was the second day in a row they would not call us a taxi when we ask. I will say that I don't think I will use this hotel again, just not for me.

Barely rates two Stars.

First day, room air conditioning was minimal. Electronic Security box in my room was inoperative. Both took 12 hours plus to repair.

Note to Hotel: a working Security Box in each room at a four-star establishment is a must. Guests can't take their valuables to the beach in Barcelona. With pickpockets and the like, It's just not safe and leaving those items in the room without protection is a big concern.

Exercise room was underwhelming and hot as hell.

Miguel at the front desk had a very positive attitude, but his ability to help appeared to be compromised: He just didn't seem to have access to the resources needed to fix the problems.

At the end, of my stay, what should have been a compted breakfast, was double charged by the restaurant and he had minimal authority to fix it. He did, however, eventually make the adjustment; but as compensation for all of the prior problems, I feel it should never have been charged in the first place.

As for the general managers response , I definitely did complain to Miguel... Repeatedly. Very nice man. As I said, he was almost totally ineffective in his efforts aimed at remediation.

I absolutely will never stay there again.
