The hotel condado is a beautiful place to stay, the staff are very friendly, very clean, good location, I would definitely stay again.

My room was fine. It had a balcony, which was nice. No mini bar, but there was a TV and hair dryer, and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast is okay... Small but they tried to pack a lot of choices in there. A bit expensive for what you get (12 euros pp/pn) but this is a company trip so at least I don't pay for it. If I did, I'd skip breakfast here and go elsewhere.

Room was clean and location was good. The front desk staff need to more customer service skills as everyone I ran in to came off as very standoffish and aloof. I was afraid to approach them to ask any questions because they seemed so involved with themselves. The one time I did ask for some direction, I was given a very curt reply. Overall, I would look for another hotel if you are going.

The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are modern, clean, and gorgeous. There were a few draw backs though. The location wasn't fantastic (but not so bad that you can't have a good time in the surrounding neighborhoods or take a relatively short cab ride downtown). Our view was of the side of the building next door, which wasn't fantastic, but not entirely unexpected. The worst was that they only provide one key, which is needed to turn on the electricity in the room. So, you've got some logistical issues there. Overall, a fine stay.
