Great hotel in a good location to walk to the major shops and sites. Staff is lovely and very friendly. Our Spanish is minimal at best and their English was great. Hotel room was nice. It had wood floors and nice amenities. We got one with a small terrace which was perfect for a night cap. Ours was in the "back" of the hotel which overlooked a school courtyard. It was quiet. Ones in the front would be noisier as the hotel fronts a main street that is busy all the time. We would stay again.

i stayed for 5 nights. the first night i come, the air-con is broken but the room is ok not too hot even in mid-summer, Aug. Got a small balcony which feel quite relax. twin beds room is quite spacious. no carpet in room make it feel the room is uite clean. staff is very helpful in copying passport or show us the bus stop. central location. close to nearby famous attraction -- casa batlo & casa mila. gd for shopping with large shopping mall & la ramble

The hotel is quite simple and a bit oldish, would need quite a lot of refurbishments, as well as a big repair of their zircon system. But it is well situated, just 450 m from placa de Catalunya and has a very friendly staff. The pic is from my room to the internal court of a school.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are friendly and will do anything for you. The room is also clean and has everything that you would Need with very comfortable beds and soft sheets. The location of the hotel was also very good as it was close to the main city centre with good travel links such as the metro and taxis. The only problem was that our room backed onto a school playground which was very noisy from 8.30am through to 6.30pm. Our room was also next to the cleaning cupboard from the sounds of it so it was very noisy. Overall lovely stay though.
