I chose this hotel mainly because I had enough points for a free night during my two-night stay, and the location was reasonably convenient. Apart from those advantages, I was somewhat disappointed. The room was quite small, the 13€ breakfast seemed over-priced with underwhelming choices, and the room rate for the night I had to pay for (202€) was pretty high for what I was getting. Yes, Best Western is a mid-level American franchise operation so my expectations weren't all that high, but this hotel is in their premier class and the price reflects that, so it should have been a better hotel.

The location was perfect. In 5 minutes walking you can reach the city center. It's on the principal avenue so you have a lot of places to eat. The rooms were always nice and clean. The staff was nice too.

We were treated with care and diligence. The employee that checked us in was friendly and did his best to answer our questions. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is within a 15 minute walk from catalunya square; which , is the center of Barcelona. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again for a future stay. Perhaps the thing that could have been better was the assigned room. We had a room on the 2nd floor facing the interior. A room on a higher floor and facing the Main Street would have been preferable. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
