Best place to learn IT , computer science, software engineering or computer engineering in the whole country. People graduating from here, find job in more than 90% of the cases.

First of all, Don't let becoming fool by looking in to university website and their experiences, its literally waste of money coming studying in spain, infact they are charging lot tuition fee from students and also more from international students.
1) First check that SPAIN is Disaster in entire country in crisis, in the world it has got 2nd place after greece.
2) There are NO IT companies in spain, here people don't care about IT copanies.
3) by Mistake, even if you come here, and try to find jobs here:
--> they will ask following questions:
3.1) DO you speak spanish
3.2) Do you have work permit
if any one of them is false, 100% rejection....
there is NO scope for international students, until unless if you want to enjoy here.....
there is NO value of learning spanish, its only pride , world largest people speaking langauage....
even if you look all countries which speak spanish are POOR countries.....
No body uses spanish languagae in IT companies, then what is the use of learning.............
4) regarding UPC university: it does not where you study in spain, even if you study in TOP ranked university in spain , this will be same situation....
instead choose different counties which has lot of companies and growth,
coming to UPC is waste of money.......................first of do survey before coming here....
