Je tenais à laisser un avis car j'avais lu beaucoup de choses négatives et j'avais un peu peur en réservant notre voiture là bas. Finalement tout c'est très bien passé. La voiture était top et en excellent état. On ne m'a pas pris d'argent supplémentaire. Nous avons été très content.

Amazing experience! Everyone was super polite, helpful and professional! Did not try to sell me anything extra and could not be happier with their service)

Awful experience, terrible customer service, no possibility to drop car late in the evening (even if you have it rented till for example 11pm). FIND OTHER CAR RENTAL, IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PROBLEMS AND EXTRA COSTS.

did not get ny reserved car, because im swiss citizen and my creditcard is issued in luxemburg!

Very dodgy. Said they needed a pre charge on my card for deposit and then charged me nearly €200 for an unrequested upgrade and child car seat, which should have only been €50. Fighting to get the money back and definitely wouldn't use again.
