The food is really really nice and its not too pricey. It could also be a nice venue for weddings or functions. Although it looks like the place is not being taken care of as much as it used to be, I would go there again despite the few little issues we had.

The Struben Dam is a pleasantly relaxing feature in the heart of Lynnwood Glen suburb. Bird life is a feature and anglers also seem to enjoy the place. The 18:00 closing time is a bit restrictive though and so my visits with my dogs on leash always feel rushed.

Pretoria east is blessed with such places like Struben Dam and the Faerie Glen nature reserve so close by, a heaven for dog walkers

Nice fishing spot within the city, just be sure to be early to get a good spot.

Would be nice if you could walk all the way around... a bridge would be handy instead of stepping stones.
