They never answer the phone , emails are not responded to, staff is rude including the security guards at the gate, they might as well close the tuckshop don't mind travelling to Pretoria.

Unisa don't pick up there phone and doesn't respond to email either. Even if you go to the offices they are not helpfull at all.
