I am still waiting for a spare tire. I started calling this morning at 730h. Now it is 1630h. We promised me to be here at 1200h. Every time I call I get a new excuse. Worthless service!!! Do not rent this Europcar. I am leaving the car at the lodge and rented a car from Avis. They have service.
