Yesterday afternoon I went by the drive thru and got an 8 piece family meal and chose 4 cones as one of my sides....the shop didn't have ice cream cone holders and was asked to go wait in the parking area while they searched for one. I didn't so much mind the waiting, it was the already melted, dripping ice cream cones, set inside a cup holder, no extra paper towels to help with the mess that resulted that got to me.
I was visiting a home less than 2 minutes away but I arrived with a sticky passenger seat.
Not too happy right now.

Service is great. The food is great. At most KFC's you get a sense that the food was prepared way before you ordered it, but here it feels fresher. The store is clean and the location of the store is great.
