Not good with kids. Poor rapport with my kids and very rough. Consult and treatment was very rushed. Not helpful at all. Will not recommend for kids.

Been in a Few Times, Filling, cleaning, last time for a Root canal Good Service, No Pain. Dr Knows exactly what she is doing. Very Happy customer.

Went here a few weeks ago as I needed a cleaning and had an issue with one of my fillings. It was the hastiest cleaning I have ever had. R800 for 5min,an hourly rate one can only dream of. They then did an x-ray on my entire mouth instead of just the tooth in question. The person on duty just looked at the x-ray and did not even look at the tooth in my mouth properly. I felt like she was totally uninterested and just wanted to move onto the next patient as quickly as possible. I was told I would need a temporary filling and then I would need to come back in three weeks to determine whether a root canal would be needed or whether a permanent filling would suffice. I told the dentist I did not have any pain at all so I don't know how she concluded that there was damage to the nerve. I then asked if she could do the temporary filling and I was told that I would have to make an appointment for another day. Really? After I had already left the dentist calls me to try and explain her diagnosis. Maybe next time show more interest and thought when the patient is standing right in front of you. I went to another dentist THE SAME DAY for a second opinion and she did the filling without any problems. Total waste of my time and money.

Poor service and dental work.
I went there FOUR times in two months, saw two different Dentists, had one temporary and three permanent fillings procedures done on the same tooth and still had it give me issues after being told that the problem would go away.. Even had to pay on all occasions (minus the 2nd visit where fees were waived) regardless of the fact that it had to do with the same tooth.
I would not recommend going to the Carlswald or Vorna Valley practice to anyone.
