we booked a car from from Car Trawler site to collect from Margate airport in South Africa we confirmed the hire on the Friday before Sunday pick up to be told we could not collect the car on the Sunday form Europcar as they were closed, we went to collect the car on the Saturday then told we could not use a company credit card , however they charged the card a 355 GBP deposit as well as the initial charge of 30 GBP , we have been refunded only 325 GBP from the original 385 GBP paid ,We have been short paid 60GBP , there is no customer support from Car trawler there is no TELEPHONE CONTACT OR HELP LINE FROM THIS COMPANY , PLEASE AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!
