When there was a half-used butter in the bread basket brought to us, we should have known. After that there was cold and bland food from a chef that seems more interested in the TV behind the diners.

I took a chance on Princi for a date night with my wife, and we had an excellent experience with friendly, professional waiters and quality pasta dishes. The highlight was the chocolate fondant that exploded with Lindt goodness.

We visited the Restaurant on Saturday the 5th of November for an afternoon tea. We ordered 2 different cakes, a carrot and a rainbow cake. We were very disappointed with the staff service as we specifically told our waitress to bring the drinks(tea and coffee) with the cakes so we could enjoy it together. The waitress brought the drinks to our table and they were already cold when they came. They also took another 10 minutes to bring the cakes that were supposed to arrive at the same time. Finally when the cake arrived the carrot cake was three times thinker compared to the rainbow cake. We found this surprising as they were both the same price. We then asked our waitress why this was the case so she took it back. We could see the manager cutting the cake behind the counter. She then brought the cake back with another piece put on top of the old piece in the opposite direction.( picture will be added) this is the worse presentation that I have ever experienced at a restaurant. We then asked the waitress to call the manager so that we could resolve the problem. The manager who attended to our problem was very rude towards us and he did not accept his mistake and tried making excuses about the way it was presented and how they just shoved another piece of cake on top of the other. By then after the rude and incompetent manager did not even try to rectify the mistake we told them to take the cake back as we were not going to be treated in this was and take whatever was given to us. I would not recommend this restaurant to any one and I hope that the other managers and owners contact me to resolve this issue.
