I just want to thank two managers from Cherokee Spur Tranos and Philani, I had a complain about something so they say I must bring back whatever I was complaining about. Immediately when I get there they helped us with a smile. We went back home so happy even the kids were also so impressed with the special treatment that we got from you guys. Thank you so much God bless you we really appreciate what you have done to us, keep up the good work......

It's a Spur. Expect kids running around en route to the play area and some sort of special on burgers or ribs or steak.

This is why you should read the Google Reviews BEFORE you go somewhere. Cherokee Spur has to be the worst Spur I have ever eaten at. The food was horrible (my steak smelled off) and the service was worse. And not a manager to be seen. For the first time in my life, I didn't leave a tip at all - mainly because the waitress was either flirting with her boyfriend outside - or involved in a fight with one of the other waiting staff. Abysmal!

I was served boneless ribs, that looked beyond its fresh date. Outstanding service but the food is below par when compared to other franchises.

Just finished my meal at Cherokee Spur in Bedford centre.You know I really thought all spurs were the same in terms of quality food and service 🤔 NOT the case here. I recevieced a leaking tea pot which I had to clean up myself, a bowl of discoloured,stale chips accompanied by generally stale staff who cant even be bothered to pick up thier feet to walk 😩 Rather go to Spur Eastgate..Oh and Dear Mr/Ms Manager, please dont ask me for my details because I am not interested in a free meal or whatever u are about to offer because honestly its not the 1st (or the 2nd) time. All I want is for you guys to DO BETTER! Your customers (especially the parents) deserve that.
